Can I make the bootstrap canvas wp theme non responsive?

Help!!

I am not a web developer but a designer and I understand small amounts of code… I have had someone half develop a website for me and I am wanting to finish it of myself as it was not working. The theme used is bootstrap canvas wp and it has been edited, my only issue is I want to make this site non responsive. Can someone help me and do a step by step way of changing this if it is possible.

If not possible is there a easy way of changing the theme over so that all the content on the current responsive site stays and can be transferred onto another theme – non responsive..?

Urgent!! Need to know ASAP. Would really appreciate if someone could help me.
