Can I make post comments visible by default ??

I’ve just made a simple site at https://forum.mendosuficamp.org for people to comment on their camp experience. I’d just like to have all the comments visible by default, so the newbie visitors don’t need to click on the ‘…Replies’ link to see them.

I note that the URL https://forum.mendosuficamp.org/?p=23#comments gets this result. I suppose I could just have people use that as a workaround.

I’m using Weaver II.
