• Hello, what would be the best way to make views with the lights on and of? So a front and angled view, but both possible with lights on and off.

    Hi there,

I think the best way would be a custom solution.

Otherwise, you could use the feature which allows changing the view when you change a choice. So you could create a lights on/off layer, a bit like the suggestion layer, and use it just to change the light display.

But because you already have 2 different views, it might not be very intuitive. Which is why I think a custom solution would look best.

hmmz i found that with conditional logic i could hide and show a layer. But the struggle in that is that i want to remember the previous selection. I managed that now but it is pretty complicated if i want to do that for every single option.

so i make two layers with both the none selection and the hardware itself where in one layer i have the hardware switched off and the other one switched on.

really no other way for this?

No using views would definitely be the best option, and you can change views when selecting a choice.

The issue is that there is no way to know which view you currently are in. So while you could easily do a light on/off switch if you had only one main view, I don’t think you’ll be able to do it with 2 main views, which both have a light one/off possibility, without a little bit of custom development.
