Can I log redirection URL changes?

Hello! I use your plugin to redirect my affiliate links, and it has been working perfectly. Unfortunately, someone hacked my site, and replaced some of my own affiliate links with his own within the Redirect plugin.

I would like to know if there’s a way to log/track changes made to the redirection URLs. Having a ‘last modified’ date or an IP log would be super helpful to see if someone is messing with my site. Thank you in advance!
