can i limit the length of the text – eg. with a word-count!?

    hello dear developer hello dear upser of this great wp-rss-aggregator.

    well i love what i see.

    i want to use your wp-rss-aggregator-plugin.

    question: can i configure a word-count – so that i can truncate the feed lenght?

    What is meant: if i have the following feed – item:

    header- description: Ich spreche zu den W?nde – von Michael Wolf

    Berlin, 18. Oktober 2016. Miley Cyrus ist im Team Volksbühne. Beim Einlass l?uft ihr Song We can’t stop. Darin hei?t es: “Doing whatever we want / This is our house / This is our rules / And we can’t stop”. In der letzten Spielzeit Castorfs hei?t es Abschied nehmen. Nach einem nostalgisch-sch?nen Marthaler folgt nun einer der besten Inszenierungen René Polleschs seit den Solo-Abenden mit Fabian Hinrichs. Es fehlte ihm zuletzt die Traurigkeit, die seinen Witz erst gro? machen. Anders an diesem Abend.

    can i configure your rss-plugin so that the length of the text is limited to eg. 5 to 9 words or so!?

    If you want to import the excerpt provided in the RSS Feed, you’re going to need Excerpt & Thumbnails add-on. You can then have a word limit setting as shown here.

    If you’d like even more than that, our Feed to Post add-on will allow you to import from the original sources and convert them as your own posts on your site, so you can then display them any way you’d like using your theme. Feed to Post also have Word Trimming feature where you can choose whether you want to Trim the Content or Generate a separate Excerpt.

    what about google-alerts can we treat them ass RSS-Feeds?!

    can i get a FEED or a Exzerpt in WP – Widget ?
