    Thank you for the much updates you have been doing lately, however i want to know if there is a way or snippet to increase the form width by px or %, because the form width looks very small from my own end.

    Thank u.

    Hi,

    We have an option to set custom width for form elements in WSDesk-> Settings -> Form settings.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

    I am trying this plugin and the form width is set to 100% but it is displaying in box view instead of the full page width and because of this, the ticket page looks off as the entire page is in a box frame including the header and footer.

    Hi,

    The page width completely depends on the theme that you are using. In some themes the form starts from the center, in others, it starts from the left. So please let us know which theme you are using.

    Also, please provide us with the URL of the page with which you are facing this issue.

    Yes the form width not working as expected, i think using pixels can do the job because when i put the shortcode on a page the custom form width works, but when i add it into member page setting using tabs the form width becomes very small even when the 100% width is selected.

    Hi,

    If you are still facing the issue, please provide us with the URL of the page and also let us know which theme you are using. So that we can check the issue.

    Regards,

    Yes I still have this issue on my staging site. You can see it at https://vscription.wpstagecoach.com/vscription-support/. This is the ticket form. If you go to the homepage at https://vscription.wpstagecoach.com/contact you’ll see how it should be laid out.
    I am using a theme called helpdesk from JanStudio.

    Note I had to remove the following css that you added as it changed the entire site width;

    .jas-container{
    width: 90%;
    }

    Hi,

    We logged in to your site and checked by adding the following CSS code and most of the pages were fine.

    .jas-container{
    width: 90%;
    }

    Now we have added the CSS code in your site. Please send us a screenshot of the page with which you are having the issue without removing the CSS code. You can send us the screenshot in your previous ticket #3597.

    Regards,
    Vineet
