Can I have public pages

Hello everyone ??

I am totally pleased with TML.
I have a site that I approve the people that register, first.
In the security section I have : Require users to be logged in to view site, checked.

Quick Question :
Is there a way I can have a page(s) that are public?
Pages with public information that somebody does not need to logon to see, on my site?
