Can I group A/B tests?

I’d like to do an A/B test with two ad sets.

The ad sets will be as follows

1) Ezoic ad codes

2) My own banners to direct to offers

In order to see which of these are more profitable, I’d like for them to rotate in groups.

I.e., User 1 gets only Ezoic split test (test group A) and user 2 gets only my own banner set up (Test group B).

I can see how to split test but not with groups.
