Can I get recent blogs from another folder?

Hi,

I have 2 wordpress installed in my site as in example.com/ and in example.com/blog. I have installed this plugin under example.com/.

Is there any way by editing the plugin code or something, I could get recent blogs from example.com/blog in display in example.com/?
