Can i get different answers for different questions?

I find a way. I can put answers in the questions and you can chose from A or B.

But it looks ugly. In what file i can find the questions to put some <p> tags.

Can be overriden in your theme as entry-content-wpt-test-fill-form.php

Btw, you can try just add <br/> tags as a “new lines”.

For changes pls use your current theme and not plugin — this will allow to update plugin smoothly.

I find another way. You can put
or <p> tags when you write the question in your admin panel.

I’ll add some feature to use multiline fields like “textarea” to edit more complex questions.

In the meantime, I started to implement this.
