Can I get contact form 7 to scale down/reduce the size of submitted images?

    Thanks for the plugin.

    I have people with 20mp+ cameras unable to upload 4 images (Sony Xperia for example). Is there a way to reduce the size?

    I have upped the limit, but when doing 4 or more pictures the problem starts. So am hoping there is an extension or change I can make so all images automatically reduced at the point of upload?

    See File Uploading and Attachment – there is a limit option available.

    e.g. limit:1mb

    You will need to clearly explain this limit to people using the form.

    You also need to consider that whatever files people upload are ultimately being sent to you via email.

    So 4 or more 2 Mb pictures adds up to 8 Mb and you are going to be lucky to get that sent & received via email.
