Can I enable this feature to just some products?

@pekkizz You can defiantly make products list / User list/ category list excluded from the catalog enquiry.

In order to do this please navigate to WooCommerce >> WC Catalog Enquiry >> Woocommerce Catalog Enquiry Exclusion Settings
