Can I download form submissions to a spreadsheet?

Hi, we have installed the Contact7 form on our website and have been using it a couple of months and are very happy with it. We now have a couple of hundred people who have submitted the various forms and I wonder if it is possible to download all the form submissions to a spreadsheet so I can add them to my email marketing database?
