Roch – I have submitted tickets, and now I find out over 7 months ago other users have reported the same issue. I pin point the problem spending 10+ hours of my time entering and losing data to help narrow the issue down. I have sent multiple emails to support with little to no responses on anything. Prior to my purchase of Pro, all my questions were answered in a timely manner, after I purchased pro – crickets.
I know supporting the world is tough, but you are a paid app – the golf theme has been highly ignored, I offered my time and services to help work with the developers which normally is $100-$150 (I’m a UX professional) an hour if I’m consulting – but I want this app to be my go to, and I want others to be able to enjoy it, I want to blow people away with how My Disc Golf course is run and executed I want to be able to promote and recommend your product when people say this is amazing how did you do this!
The golf spin off is poorly supported, and feels like it was just tossed together to hopefully just get some sales. Like I said in another post, golf doesn’t bring in revenue so I feel it has little resources applied to it and is ignored – I get it.
Or maybe I’m completely wrong?? – I have held off writing my review of the company/products hoping I would see a turn around. Your post is the only response I’ve gotten in weeks.
I will give this one last shot before I move forward with reviews, and the experience I’ve had. I will do what you ask and create new topics on stuff that already has been discussed and ignored in the main forums and see what comes up.
I apologize for the cranky post, but I’ve been super patient, helpful, and have seen nothing in return.
