Can I do this with your plugin?

Hi there,

I have a page with a layer of a man sitting in the left corner (as you can see on the link) and he needs to be sitting there also while scrolling and be responsive as well.
I bought Jupiter theme with page builder Elementor, but it’s not funcioning well.
Now I am considering using a more popular theme like Avada, that never cause me any trouble and then using a plugin to make the same effect.
Is your plugin the one that I can use for this?
