I discovered that my WP Comments do not show up on my About page. I would like them to show up there. There is a line of code that says: <!– Comments are disabled on this Charitable endpoint. –> The About page is the page that is listed for Profile Page under Pages in Settings of Charitable. However, I don’t think I ever set anything up regarding people having profiles, unless I’m confused about this. Should I create a new page for the Profile Page? Will that allow comments to return to my About Page? How will the new Profile Page work exactly? Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @heidimaria

Thanks for reaching out. Charitable provides a profile shortcode that is a simple way to include a profile form for your donors to manage their details. It sounds like you don’t need this, so you can create a blank page and assign it there if you wish. After you do that, clear any and all cache and your site’s permalinks. Let me know if this initial step resolves the issue (Charitable does prevent comments some appearing on certain pages including the profile page).

Thank you so much. Yes, creating the blank page did resolve the issue!
