    Hi

I installed wordpress yesterday on https://www.jakobmejlholm.dk

When I load the page it all looks fine. But I can’t login. When I enter my password, I get a message that the page cannot be found.

Can I just delete wordpress from my domain and install a new wordpress, or will that give me problems. I think that might be easier than trying to fix the problem?

If cant just delete wordpress, do you have any ideas what might be wrong? I have moved some of the wordpress folders in my ftp-window.

    Thanks in advance.

I have moved some of the wordpress folders in my ftp-window.

Why would you want to do that?? What if you just put them back or (indeed) delete the WP files (except for the wp-content folder and the wp-config file in the root and put new ones on your server.

I moved the folders, because I couldnt see any content, when I loaded https://www.jakobmejlholm.dk – I thought I had placed the folders wrong.

Do you think I could solve the problem by deleting all files except
for the wp-content folder and the wp-config file in the root?

If that doesnt solve the problem. Could a solution then be to delete all wordpress-files from my domain, and start all over again or would that cause new problems?

Thank you very much for your help.

It is never the same problem! You are not on the same server. Your settings are not the same.

What is your specific problem? and Where? = link?

    My problem is on https://www.jakobmejlholm.dk

I can see WordPress on https://www.jakobmejlholm.dk and I can see some test posts I made yesterday. But I cannot login.

No, this is not Windows (to quote a knowledgeable helper), so deleting, re-installing never helps!

Are you sure you have uploaded ALL the necessary files into the wp-admin folder? Upload that folder again, via FTP.
