Can I delete the old events that are no longer valid without any problems?

  • What is the best method to deal with old events that are no longer valid?

    Can I delete these old events or will that cause problems in Google SEO?

    (It would be nice if there was a (temporary) disablement feature of posts/events in wordpress because sometimes the same event is valid again a year later with some adjustments)

    Hi,

    This is more a question for SEO-experts. If this event is listed in Google, removing it will have effect. I guess Google will remove it from search results when it finds out it’s no longer online. But this can take some time. FYI, events are treated the same as the native post and pages.
