Can I delay plugin for 3 minutes?

I’ve setup the plugin to auto-post form my wordpress site to another wordpress blog. It works great but the only problem is that it takes 2-3 minutes for my original post to process and auto-locate it’s featured image etc. So when my post is being auto-posted to my other blog (instantaneously) it is missing the image because it is still being processed.

I’ve checkmarked the setting in nextscripts that says feature image is ready after post is published, and messed with both the wp cron and autopost setting.

If I can have nextscripts wait 3 minutes before auto-posting, everything will be ready!
