Can I customize "Your access to this site has been limited" page?

I am interested in this as well. I can not find the PHP file that relates to this.

I found the one that is inactive and ends with 503.

There is not at this time, though this has been a requested feature before. I’ll add this thread to the list of people requesting it. While I cannot promise that every suggestion we get makes it into a release, or when that might be I can tell you that every suggestion we get is evaluated carefully and considered seriously. This would be a handy feature. I modified the wf503.php file to remove unwanted text.

It is still being considered for a future version, but if it will be implemented, I don’t have an estimate of when that might be. Thanks for the interest — I have added this to the original request that Tim had mentioned above.
