Can I Create a Unique Archives Page in Customizr?

I just started to administer a web page for our non-profit organization using Customizr. I would like to create a simple, unique archive page with all our meeting minutes (including previous minutes from the past two or three years). It does not have to link to any other pages on the site. It should just be able to list all the minutes with the ability to scroll back through previous ones, and perhaps be searchable by month or year. The minutes are currently on a posts page and link to the home page (which I don’t want to continue). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
