Can I create a static page for a single post (or posts) only?

Hello,

Is it possible to use the plugin to create static html pages of your posts only? I need to serve those to certain tabs I am using via ajax but I don’t need the whole page where each post is displayed. I only need the post layout and content saved to an html.
