• Hi,

Is it possible to use Query Wrangler to return taxonomy terms instead of posts? I’ve tried a few things but haven’t been able to make it work.

If you look at my site (philcata.com) you’ll see that I’m using a plugin currently that lets me display the terms within a taxonomy in a directory-esque format (ala DMoZ/ODP or Yahoo back in the day). I’m wondering if I can use Query Wrangler to do the same?

If so, is it then possible to do this with hierarchical terms one level at a time? For example one might have the category Technology which has a child of Software which has a child of Windows, I’d like for the individual clicking on Technology to then be brought to another page which shows its children (but not grandchildren). When the individual clicks on Software they’d then see Soft’s children (but not grandchildren).

When someone reaches the bottom of the hierarchy, that is when they see the results.

    Thanks,
    Dave
