Can I create a main chat room?

    I use Better Messages with the ProfileGrid plugin. Besides the mini chat rooms for different groups, can I create a main chat room area for all users from all the groups? Also, do I need Buddy Press at all if all I’m looking for is one main chat room for everyone and smaller specialized chat rooms.

    Hi there!

    You can create chat rooms in WP Admin -> Better Messages -> Chat Rooms.
    In that chat room settings you can auto add all users of website to it and it will be central chat room of your website.

    You can also create unlimited amount of chat rooms there for different purposes.

    BuddyPress is not required for plugin.
