Can I Create a Log-In Page?

Hello, I have not actually downloaded and started using WordPress for our e-commerce site yet, but I am curious as if we will be able to do the following:

We would like to have our regular storefront page where any customers can hop on and order soaps. We would like to have an option for our stores that would like to order wholesale, to be able to click a link on the sidebar (or somewhere on the page)which will open up a page for them to set up their information and log in to see wholesale pricing and place their wholesale orders. Does Word Press allow for something such as this?

I know this may sound confusing, but I can find an example of a similar website and post if necessary. Want to get this rolling ASAP and build it ourselves but it seems quite daunting and we would appreciate any help!! Thank you.
