Can I control the order of blogposts on front page?

    Hi, I am just starting a new site with this board walk theme and I would like to keep a few specific posts up front. Is this possible? Right now, it’s always that the newest post is the first, but I would like to add posts in the end or control which posts show?
    I have no idea about CSS, if there is a possibility, where do I enter the command string then?
