Can I contact another user on these forums?

    I would like to contact another user who is on the support forums but I can’t find how to do this. In their profile, it looks like the are showing an email address, but sending an email to that address results in a bounced email. I get the same result with 2 different email addresses.
    The email address is their username at www.remarpro.com
    The message from the bounced emails is “user unknown”.

    Is it possible for a moderator to help me with this?
