can i connect to mailchimp form?

This plugin works great for my Contact Form 7 submissions, but I also have some mailchimp signup forms (custom coded HTML, not copy/paste from mailchimp) and I want contact form DB to capture these submissions (just in case there’s some connectivity issue with mailchimp, etc). I have looked into all the settings, searched good, searched this forum but found no answers.

Is there a way to do this?
