Can I clone my parent site as a subsite?

    Hi,
    I just created a new multi-site and I want to create a clone of my site as a sub-site. I did a backup of the site before creating my multi-site with the Duplicator plug-in. How do I go about this?

    Right now my site is using the fifteen theme and I have a child theme. I intend to change the theme of the parent to the aspen theme. My URL is:

    Hi,
    New information. I found instructions for restoring a backup file to a subsite, followed them, uncompressing the files and now see the directories and files I would expect to see but when I try to access the sub-site from the parent I get an empty site, with no trace of my restored website. Have I done something wrong or are there more steps to take?
