Can I chart Contact Form 7 DB Submissions On Front End?

I want to chart Contact Form 7 DB submission on the front end of a site. I have:
1) Created a contact form 7 form that saves data into the Database.
2) Used a short code to display the users inputed data on a page on the front end.
3) I would like to chart that users data visually.

Questions:
1) Any tips or ideas?
2) Is there a plugin that does this? I can’t find it.
3) Do I need to create the table or can I make the chart without the table on the front end?
