Can I change the Directory path/structure of my WordPress hosted site?

  • We have a wordpress hosted blog. Last week I installed the DB Backup tool/plugin (to backup my site prior to uprgading to 3.0.4). When I went to fire it off, under the “save to server” button, it shows the path that would be used. In our case, the path appears to include the name of someone no longer with our company, who would have been the one to setup the blog in the first place.

    I would like to be able to change that path if at all possible and without a TON of effort/risk. Is this possible? What guidance might you be able to provide?
