    Today we received a question:

Can I change the ‘Back’ button with another word?

The following is a case where the “site language” in the WordPress “General settings” of your site is “English (United Stats)”.

Steps to change the “Back” button to “Prev”.
    Using the plugin “Loco Translate“.

    1. Logged in your wp-admin.
    2. Open the “Plugins: Add new plugin”.
    3. Search “Loco translate” plugin, and install, and activate.
    4. Open menu “Loco Translate: Plugins”.
    5. Click “Yes/No Chart”.
    6. Click “+New language”.
    7. in the “Choose a language”, select “English (United States)” from “WordPress language”.
    8. Click “Start translating” button.
    9. Use the “filter” field, input a word “Back”.
    10. Click a word “Back” in the list.
    11. For example, enter a word “Prev” as a translation for “Back”.
    12. Click the “Save” button.

Then, when you check the Yes/No chart, the “Back” button should have changed to “Prev”.
    Try it.

    Thanks,
