Can I change date format from shortcode?

  • Im using a ACF custom date, how can I change the render format from a shortcode?

    Im looking for something like this:

    [acf field=”custom_date_field” format=”F j, Y”]

  • @leomostaza the [acf] shortcode does not have a parameter to format the value.

    If you want to use the same format everywhere, you can set the format in the admin area of SCF while creating the field.

    or

    If you want to use different formats for different places, then you can create your own shortcode, the same as the [acf] shortcode
