Can i add WordPress a menu item according to user authentication state?

    Hello,

    I want to add a WordPress menu item, according to the user authentication state, That means is, if the user is already logged in, I want to show Sign In in the header (menu) section, if not I want to show the Sign-Up menu item. Can I do that using this plugin?
