Can i add manual related posts in two different sections?

Hello,

in my website i have two tabs “accessories” and “parts”. In tab “parts” i use echo do_shortcode( '[manual_related_posts]' ); so i need other container in admin post edit for tab “accessories” and also shortcode for display in single post tab area.

It’s possible to do that?
