Can I add landing pages from a sub domain to main domain

I have set up a sub domain for affiliates however, can I add the main domain URLs for landing pages?

I would like the affiliate plugin to be separate from our main corporate site hence the sub domain!

If a potential client purchases one of our services from our website through an invoice (no transactions on the website) how do we know it came from the affiliate link?
