Can I add ‘follow’ to the HREF links?

What do I edit in those files, to disable nofollow?

You would make a copy of the item.php file and remove the nofollow from the elements you want it removed from. However, you would need to add a conditional check to determine if you are on the blog page or on the homepage. Let me know if this clarifies things or if you have any additional questions.

How do take off the no following from the Follow link to the Instagram account itself?

You can find the follow button in the same template folder, inside the footer.php file. You would then remove the nofollow from the link in the last block of code there. Let me know if you are unsure what to edit.
