Can I add a “tag” page into navigation?

Newbie here. I hope I’m asking this question right. I would like to have all of the posts under one topic as a subpage in my navigation. I understand how to do this as a link, but I don’t know how to do this in navigation.

For instance. Here are all my posts about FHA:
https://stephaniecrawford.net/tag/fha/

But how can I nestle this as a subpage under the Buyers parent page? And perhaps call it FHA.
