Can I add a rating

Hi, i have a site with different services and i want to add more services, but i also want to give people the chance to rate each service.

I am using the free plugin of easy digital downloads to sell services, but what I would like to know is, is there a way to add a way where customers can rate the service or leave a comment. Or is there another plugin out there where I can use which will give customers the chance to purchase products and services and also leave a review once they have paid and received the product and service.
