Can Guest post to blog

Hi,
Is it possible to make blog posting public
what I mean anyone visit to blog can post to blog as guest but post should be approve by administrator .
I know there is option to give author privllages but I have to many peaple in my company and i dont want go for that option i m looking for any one can post in our company blog
