Can get white background removed from images.

I have done a search on this forum and done the suggestions. But the white background from the images will not go away.

There has to be something else going on. That or I am not removing the proper css code?

I make the css changes and when I notice the background is not removed I change it back just in-case. I know very little about coding.

Also, I have checked my images for transparent background through different programs and it is transparent.
