I’ve added dummy entries and managed to display the wp-catalogue, however, when I try to open the individual products, I end up with a “No Results Found” error message.

I don’t have the faintest idea what could be going wrong on my end and the plugin seems to work for everybody else so I’m rather lost!

    Any suggestions?

Happy to try to help hypertyper… please can you post a link so I can check it and try to work out what’s going wrong on your site?

    Thanks

    Hi Maeve,

thanks for getting back to me. I have been trying other solutions but wasn’t really happy with anything so I’m back. Since I was getting 404 errors I tried changing the permalink structure to default. After that I could open the catalogue entries. Then I switched back to “Post name” permalinks and the catalogue is still working.

When I installed your plugin I had selected “post names” so maybe the settings didn’t get picked up by the plugin?

Either way, one workaround is to change the permalinks to default and back. That fixed it for me.

    Thanks for your work!

Excellent – glad to hear it’s fixed up by updating your permalink structure. I have encountered that before but still haven’t pinpointed exactly what makes it fail in the first place for an odd few users. Will keep trying! But for now marking this post resolved.

    Thanks
