Can customer change the background color?

    Can customers change the background color on an item. Let say it is a banner. Can they change the background on the item. Or do I have to create a separate item for every background color?

    I have uploaded 2 products to my site. custombannerprints.com When I see the products in my shop I click on “start design” from the shop page and I get an error page saying it can’t be found.
    Please let me know what it going on.
