My web design guy is pulling his hair out trying to teach me how to use Cornerstone…my experience is old school HTML editors, with Dreamweaver being the beast I’m used to…so I’m trying to update my site with Cornerstone, but it publishes everytime I hit save, which really gets up my nose…can Cornerstone be downloaded and used as an offline editor and only publish once I’m happy with the changes/edits?

Hi, Cornerstone’s features integrate with WordPress’ own built-in editor.

See WordPress’ documentation on the post editor’s View function for instructions on previewing post changes.

So that still doesn’t answer my question, does it? Can CS be used offline?

Apologies if it was not clear. As Cornerstone works within WordPress’ built-in post editor, any major functionality (such as offline capabilities, etc.) would depend on WordPress’ editor itself.

Checking for such functionality with WordPress’ editor documentation is recommended, as I am not the definitive source on all of the editor’s features.
