Can Contact Form 7 Accept File Downloads

    Can Contact Form 7 Accept File Downloads and Validate them? Then:

    Save a copy of the file and send a copy to a CRM system for processing?

    How much of this is capable within the system now, especially the accepting and validating the file format?
