    Hi,

    We have an existing merchant account we have been using for a couple of years with sub accounts so we have to sue this. When trying to connect I don’t get the option to connect to the existing account. Before you ask we have linked the same Google account as used for Ads and merchant centre can you tell me why this doesn’t work?

    If it helps below is what the log shows in WooCommerce logs for the plugin looks like your plugin won’t allow connecting to an existing?

    We also have issue with connecting to Google Merchant (new updated account we have).

    I tried to change account to update correct Google Listings account, but loading on Settings lasts forever. I tried to reinstall plugin with also purging cache several times, but problem persists, plugin is not connected to new account and it does not allow changes.

    So, now that I have setup my correct Google Merchant account, this plugin stopped working and it doesn’t allow me to change to new one. Any help? ??

    Given this, the first necessary step is to confirm that there isn’t any account conflict, and all accounts are appropriately linked. The conflict might happen if you have claimed your website with different Google Merchant Center accounts. Since your Google Merchant Center account is linked to your Google Ads account, it’s vital to ensure that there’s no conflict between those two as well.

    It’s OK we have decided not to use the plugin will add settings manually to Merchant Centre.
