Can Conditional Form groups from Contact Form 7 be added to the Mail field?

I have made a form in contact form 7 which has a dropdown with 3 options, each option then triggers a set of different questions.

Is it possible to see only the questions & answers for the chosen option in the email sent to me?

example below:

[removals-select]
House or flat? [house-flat]
[/removals-select]

[clearances-selected]
Business or Domestic Clearance? [clearance-business-domestic]
[/clearances-selected]

I would like it if someone selected “Removals”, the email sent to me would only show the answers for that option.

Currently it is showing both in the email the selected option and also the other options available but not selected.

Any help would be really appreciated.
