• The default comment area on one of my wordpad pages requires a commenter to give their email address.

Can Wordpad be modified via plugins or themes to be like Blogspot where the person can answer as their Google, Wordpad, Livejournal or even anonymously?

I want people to interact more freely without having to feel they are giving personal info or taking extra time.

Has anyone seen this type of a function on a WordPress site?

The Comments feature of Jetpack has something similar to that.

Thanks. That is along the lines of what I was looking for.

I wanted people to be able to post anonymously as well because I believe the number of comments goes WAY down when people have to show their identity in some way.

A problem with anonymous posts though is spammers. However I’ve seen on blogspots a plugin that has people identify numbers or a photo in order to proceed with their post.
