Can Comment module be disabled?

  • Hi WildWest! You should be able to do this by going to your Jetpack admin panel, and clicking on “Learn More” in the section for the comment module. When you do that, the “Deactivate” button will appear in place of the “Configure” button. Then just click to deactivate that module.

    As @mbeasi mentioned, you can deactivate Jetpack Comments in the Jetpack menu.

    I’m not sure why the comments would be blocked though; do you use any other comment or anti-spam plugins on your site? If so, could you try to deactivate them, and see if it helps?
