Can collate all posts from specific categories into a page of its own?

I’m very new to WordPress however I am learning about it very fast.
In the clearest terms possible this is what I am trying to achieve …
1) All new posts to be displayed on the Home Page [JOB DONE as this happens automatically]
2) All posts by Catergory will be displayed in a specific page e.g. all posts categorized under ‘Ethos’ will be found in the ‘Ethos’ Page on the Navigation bar
3) The posts must be presented like the home page and not like the catergory page (therefore links will not suffice)
PS. I have tried …
